Alright it's a little complicated to put on, but worth it for this original wash cut hem and peekaboo mid section.   This is a true and unique statement dress for the woman looking to stand out.   True fit, and must be tied around the neck tight to ensure stability around the bust.   Best suited for a small-medium chest size.
